HOW IT WORKS

01

SEC EDGAR pulls raw XBRL

Every night we fetch the latest 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F, and 40-F filings from SEC EDGAR — the same data public companies are legally required to file. No data vendors, no Refinitiv, no Yahoo.

02

TTM reconstruction + IFRS normalisation

Quarterly filings are stitched into trailing-twelve-month figures using period-overlap logic. IFRS filers (ADRs, foreign companies) are mapped to US-GAAP equivalents so grades are comparable across all markets.

03

Valuation percentile vs 10-year history

Each metric is ranked against its own 10-year history — so you see if a PE of 22× is cheap for that company, not just vs the S&P average. Percentile bands are drawn directly on the chart.
